Here's a tip I picked up from Phil Wiley's forum:
"The limit is 25 active campaigns, but if you reach 25 campaigns, you can pause a few (say 5), then add 5 new campaigns, then go to 'show all but deleted', and then resume the 5 you just paused. Now you will have 30 active campaigns. Just a little trick to get around the limit... "
