Urls and Google Adwords

Hi,

Still trying to use Google Adwords correctly.

But...

Just ran into this glitch: two of my ads were disapproved
because the destination url and the display url were
different.

I'm using TrackThatAd for my ads and in these cases
advertising some Clickbank products.

So, technically, I guess you could not use any affiliate
link, ad tracking system or hoplink because they all lead to
the home page of the product being advertised.

Has anyone else experienced the same?

P.S. I was getting a fair CTR with Verizon SuperPages (4 to
5%), but that's not real good: still no sales. So that
ration is not holding and these were from a few of the most
popular products with Clickbank.

My budget for this month is shot, but I may continue for the
future, LOL!

Hmmm. This is internesting. I have heard that you are not allowed to re-direct. So, if your desination URL (the ad tracking) redirects to another domain, Google may automatically disapprove your add. You could always write Google for clarification.

You gotta put the destination URL on your own site page and use that site page as the destination page. Capeesh?
