putting an animated banner on Blogspot Blog

:o Hi I cannot figure out how to get a animated banner I made, onto my blog I use Blogspot

Is blogspot rejecting your html code or are you gettiung an error?

getting an error I guess, it is supposed to be a cute animated banner with hearts floating etc. and I just get a big white block with words. do you need the blog url ?

It's been awhile since I did anything on blogger, but I do remember that sometimes the editor there would mess up code. Did you use some kind of banner generator to create the code?
