For your subscribers, which do you prefer to use for updates?

Do you prefer Aweber or Feedburner?

I don't see why not. You're going to have different people subscribing to each one.

Having an email list is the best. Your list can segment you list with aweber. Feedburner has it's limitation to ways you can monetize your list.

Anyway, having both is more effective.

I think you were referring specifically to the aweber blog broadcast feature that sends out a weekly or daily update of your posts, like Lynn uses for Clicknewz in comparison to Feedburners subscribe by email update.

I think if you want to combine a newsletter with the feed updates then aweber is the way to go of course. That way you have one list instead of two. But if you just want to send feed updates via email then Feedburner is perfectly functional for that, and of course free, which is a great price ;)

Aweber, if you're offering email updates. That way, you have your readers on a list.
