wordpress/feedburner problems

Ok, I know IMs love wordpress but so far I'm not impressed. I have had one problem after another with it. And not being techy, it's been a very frustrating, slow process just trying to get my blog up and running.

My latest problem is, I cant sign up for feedburner. First, it says there are 3 feeds on my site & which one do I want to use? Below are my choices:
RSS 2.0: http://bloggydoggies.com/feed/
RSS .92: http://bloggydoggies.com/feed/rss/
Atom 0.3: http://bloggydoggies.com/feed/atom/

BUT, when I try to use any of the 3, I get this error page that says:

This feed does not validate.

* Server returned HTTP Error 404: Not Found [help]


In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendation.

*line 10, column 8: title should not be blank [help]
<title></title>

On the other feeds, it has a different line it doesn't like. But they all have the 404 error.


So can anyone tell me where to find this on my site to fix & what I should put in there? And why am I getting a a 404 error when the site is obviously there?

Never mind. I figured it out. I do have another question though.
How do you get permanent text up on the blog? Not a post or a page but I want to have a few lines of text under the header but before a blog post. And I want it to be permanent. Is there any way to do that?
