I havent ever had to save any pictures from Amazon its always been added to the code. When you add HTML to a post/page make sure your using the 'Code' tab not the Visual tab

Without knowing more details about the problem you're having, I'm going to suggest that your download and install the *.

It simplifies the process of creating amazon affiliate links and you don't need to worry about uploading images to your server because the images are pulled directly from Amazon's servers.

Thanks for the program suggestion, but im running safari.
When selecting the product to get HTML, it gives you 3 options. You can:
1. Select the picture, with text. This will pull the pic right from amazon, all you need to do is paste the link.
2. Text only
3. Picture only. This requires you to download the picture onto your server. Fair enough, but
