I think I have an idea for a product to create myself. Just wondering what your thoughts are about proceeding?
Should I start blogging about it now while I am still creating it or wait until I have the product created and ready to go before I start the blog?
There are other products out there similar to what I am thinking about but mine is going to be more on a create your own (more personal) line rather than structured like what is already out there. I want to be able to offer both options.
Would it be hurting myself to promote these other products as an affiliate until mine is ready?

There's no harm in giving yourself a head start. You'll need as much of an advantage as you can get. Why wait? When has it ever hurt anyone to make a little money while they are getting something off of the ground.
