I have those same KWs saved. How do I use those to come up with the best category names? Are these category names appropriate? - Dog Health, Natural Remedies, Commercial Dog Food

Sure! Along with "dog breeds", "dog training" and any other topics relevant to your blog that you'll be writing about. You can use those general phrases as category titles, and then use more specific keyword phrases in the titles of individual blog posts that go in each of those categories.

So if you use "dog training" as a category for example, then research that phrase by putting it into WordTracker (or clicking on it from the main list):

287 dog training collar
202 dog obedience training
135 dog training career
132 dog training schools
130 free dog training tips
128 dog agility training


These more specific phrases make good topics to write about for new blog posts . Just from the list above, I would draft out posts like this for that category:

-Choosing The Right Dog Training Collar
-Dog Training Collars - What's The Difference? (product comparison post)
-Tips For Using Dog Training Collars
-Dog Obedience: Training That Works!
-How To Start A Dog Training Career
-Where To Find Dog Training Schools
-7 Free Dog Training Tips You Can Start Today
-What is Dog Agility Training?

Obviously you can get more and more specific by clicking on each keyword phrase. This is called "digging deeper" and helps you find those "Long Tail" keyword phrases.
