Hi
I am wondering if there is a recommendation on how strict to be with allowed comments?
I need to approve them first as most people do I assume with so much spam, but I am finding that that there are a few that I am not really sure because the poster has taken the time to write a "real" comment or even small advice but I'm not really fussy on the link that it goes to.
Is it terribly rude to not approve a comment because of this? One of my blogs is for WAHM's and I really prefer not to have links to sales pages for items that don't really look great to me. I prefer to keep the standard up to my own liking for my blog.
Also, how about if they are going to a content/links page full of offers for a similar product that you are selling in your post?
It probably comes down to my own choice, but I'm not really sure what the general blogging "etiquette" is for this.
Thanks,
Jan Ferrante
