If you're using pretty permalinks (i.e. pretty URLs), add /feed/ to any page of your site to get its feed -- homepage will give you feed for the entire blog or /comments/feed/ for the comment feed.
Not using pretty permalinks? Add ?feed=rss2 to any URL to get its feed.
As an aside, most themes will list the feed in the Meta section of the sidebar along with the auto-discovery link on the <head> section.
