Hello,
When I write a post and I refer to one of my previous posts and link to it, I receive a comment back from I guess myself. So I'm a bit confused as what that is happening and if I should go ahead and "approve" that comment. Is it a trackback among my own posts and are those ok?

It is a pingback and it links related posts. I always approve them, that way readers can go on to the next post that references the one they were reading...
