Kara,

I would suggest you also include a link for the newsletter via an auto-responder in the announce ment e-mail or send the newsletter plus the announcement. This will enable you to pick up the readers who do perfer an e-mail newsletter (and if they don't get the e-mail version but do get the announcement, show them that SPAM filters are affecting their mail.)

Well how about that! I just got an email from one of my subscribers that said "I like your newsletter on the site much better".
