Hello again Lynn:

Would you believe...I don't use Outlook so its the one place I haven't checked...

I wanted to have my emails (the most important files in my business) stored somewhere besides my hard disk in case of a crash and I wanted a buffer against worm viruses that love to get into Outlook address books. So I set up a paid email account with a well known provider and now read my email from all my different addresses through one program. It has simplified my (email) life considerably and I'm delighted with the results.

Does this also mean you don't get tons of spam?? Or does it make its way through the cracks too? I'd be interested in something like that if I could cut down on the junk email! I'm looking at a couple of different solutions, but definitely open to price comparisons!

My actual email addresses are stored securely off site, also backed up to local computer & burned to CD. My emails, though, are extremely valuable (and stored on just one hard drive at the moment) and you've just reminded me to do a full back-up of Outlook (which contains my calendar & all of my archived messages)
