I saw this same post on several other forums back in December. In many of those forums, I asked why a "top earner" would be posting this on a message boards and never got an answer. It's funny to see it posted here too.

Yes Audrey, these posts are all over. The spam posts by people that have a single post in a forum are one thing. But the thing that bothers me more is that they believe this will actually generate business somehow. Either they are terribly naive, lazy or are scammers themselves.

Network marketing is a people business. It is built on relationships. Sure, we can use tools to automate parts of our business but it is still just that; a business. If anybody wants to reap the rewards and be truly satisfied in this industry, they must have their head - and heart - right. Look for ways to genuinely help the person you are working with, be they customer, prospect, or anybody for that matter. Spammy recruitment just doesn't work.

OK, I won't go into a rant but just for the record, people with one or two posts who post a blatant promo will be deleted. None of us need the tarnish on what is a legitimate professional business.

Just as a side note, pick up the book The Go-Giver by John Burg and John David Mann. It will change your attitude about how you do business (no matter what business you are in).
