I've been debating on where on I wanted to go with this can of worms.

Giving too much information will hurt my bottom line - not enough will not help those that truly want and need it.

cscarpero is partly correct - depending on each individuals goals will decide how many to sponsor monthly to get desired income goals. I deal with some that want a simple extra hundred of bucks a month to those wanting personal independence.

Most people getting started in a network martketing business have no ideal what it takes to recruit anyone and they don't know what recruiting is even about.

Well recruiting starts with prospecting. Having an interested person contacting you is ideal but for most this is not reality.

We need to learn how to prospect and what is prospecting. Prospecting is a sorting and sifting process.
Sorting out the none interested and unqualified prospects.

Learning how to prospect then how to recruit the qualified prospects takes skill development. Personal impowerment is needed and is a great start.
Learning the how to do it - business skills and sales skills is part of what is missing with the majority of our recruitment skills.

Consistent Action is also a vital element to sponsoring your desired amount of long term business partners.
