Hi Denise,
You are right there are hundreds of PDF editors to choose from.
The product that is most commonly used is available free at
http://www.pdf995.com

For general purpose pdf generation I also use pdf995. Easy to use and free (despite some ads that you have to endure).
Anyway, yesterday I tried (for the first time) to convert my newsletter into a pdf. The links didn't work, so I tried reworking them with pdfedit995, which claims to do the job.
After lots of different tries (even the free tool on the adobe site doesn't convert links), someone recommended convert.neevia.com to me. It is an online tool and it does the job.
Highly recommended.
