Hello All!,
Just received this from Paypal and I know most of the time I just delete them as 99% of the time they are spoofs, but thought this might be helpful to some. I also checked it out and it the real deal, no spoof:

Less Confusion, More Convenience in One Email
======================================================
Dear Jason Archambault,
We're writing to let you know that after January 19, 2005, PayPal
will no longer send a Winning Buyer Notification email to your
eBay buyers. Instead, eBay's End of Auction email will be enhanced
to include all the information buyers require.
Today, many buyers receive two emails at the end of an auction or
transaction - eBay's End of Auction and PayPal's Winning Buyer
Notification. PayPal and eBay are eliminating the duplicity.
Now your buyers will receive just one email with all the
information they need including transaction details, payment
information, custom messaging, and more.
Keep Your Custom Messaging
If you've registered your eBay ID and password with PayPal, any
custom messaging or logos you've added to your Winning Buyer
Notification will be transferred to the End of Auction email
automatically. You won't have to do a thing.
To confirm your eBay ID and password or to register now:
~ Log in to your PayPal account
~ Go to your Profile
~ Click "Auctions" under Selling Preferences to confirm your
eBay ID and password
Target Buyers From the End of Auction Email
Add custom messages to your End of Auction email. It's a great
way to tell buyers more about your business, promote new
products, provide detailed payment instructions, or insert your
company logo. Register you eBay ID and password with PayPal
today, and your custom messaging with roll over to the End of
Auction email automatically in January.
Craft your custom messages from your PayPal account or My eBay
page.
Please note, your custom messaging will only be included in the
End of Auction email for listings in which you've selected PayPal
as a payment method.
Sincerely,
PayPal
