If you refer to ebay often, it's a great tool. You can even quickly search completed auctions, which I do a lot of. It keeps track of your recent searches and even has a quick link to any feedback that needs to be left.

I've been thinking about the eBay toolbar...but you know...I already have two toolbars. How many more can I put on? LOL.

But it really goes to show just how powerful a toolbar can be. If you can get people to download a toolbar, you've got it made. I've considered making a toolbar for Internet Based Moms...but it's hard to compete with the likes of eBay, Google, Alexa...etc.

Actually, Alice, I felt the same way. I like as much website viewing space as possible. So I went in and customized my toolbars much more than I realized I could: made the icons small and without text, deleted a bunch of icons I never use, then merged two bars onto each row. The ebay toolbar I actually keep closed. When I need it I just bring it into view. It's still a lot quicker and more useful than going through the standard ebay steps.
