What they want for the websites is too high when you can develop something better yourself. There arent that many search engines (that count) - referring to the number of SE's they say they'll submit to, etc. I would not personally go for this offer...

Why would a company sell a site for a few hundred dollars if it was
already profitable as they suggest?

A good rule of thumb is not do business with a company that has no
address or phone number like this one.

I have heard that there are some good turnkey website businesses that can be purchased for a reasonable price. I like the fact that they offer a money back guarantee on them.

Does anyone know of any legitimate turnkey website businesses?
