Listening to ebooks (in PDF or other formats)

Hi everyone!

Is there a relatively simple way to have PDF and other ebook formats voice dictated?

At times, I am performing tasks during which I am unable to read, but could still listen. Listening to ebooks would multitasking and make much more efficient use of time.

There are tons of them that are already in audio format - , for example - though most of these are not free.
