Can Someone Help With Starting A Blog and Forum Please?

I am very interested in getting a blog and forum online to increase traffic and to have a place for other marketers to come where they can ask anything about online marketing and get an answer. However, I have no experience with "how to" go about doing this. How long would a process is it? Are their cheaper ways to go about it or are they all the same? Can any of you suggest the easiest way to start a project like this? Is there a two for one type forum with a blog attached or do they have to be two different sites? Sorry, that might be a dumb question, but please realize I really have zero knowledge when it comes to this subject (but I'm learning amd researching it everday). Many webhosts offer one click forum installation and adding a blog is pretty simple as well. You should contact your host to inquire about what they might have available to you.

Do you think it is better to have your blog hosted from your

Hi Lynn,

Thanks for the link for the php forum software - I've downloaded it and am ftp'ing it to my site as I write.

I'm excited about the prospect of giving my clients somewhere to go to ask questions and make contact with others.

Now I should see if there's a list on this forum dealing with setting up Forums!
