Turnkey Dropship e-commerce Business - Are they for real

I am just starting out and have been looking into doing like a online retail business where all your products are shipped directly to your customers. I have seen many so called "turnkey" business's anywhere from $650 for the website and supplier relation all the way up to $6000. The site for 6k claims they will set you up with a "megastore" link it to their main site and give you a personal consultant to show you how to advertise your site and I don't know all the details but I know they get a small percentage of each sale you make.

My question is is every so called turnkey website a scam or is their actually some companies that are legit? I have checked out about 6 through the better business bureau and five have had a unsatisfactory record with them.

I currently work full time and own a cleaning business that requires 20 to 30 hrs a week of my time and am looking to get out of the cleaning business but don't want to just throw away money on a turnkey site if none are legit. Please let me know your opiniouns or and/or experiences you may have had.
