Web Conference Room- How to?

A JV partner approached me with the idea of producing a webinar series of trainings about raising children.

I've attended Web conference rooms, but I've never led one of them.

Any ideas for simple to use software or programs?

What exactly are your requirements? Are you planning on doing a live web-broadcast to thousands of viewers, or are you planning on doing vidoe shoots of in classroom training, and then making those videos available online?

If you are going to be streaming live conferences you might want to look into VideoLAN server, which is free and pretty user friendly to setup. However it is a one way stream, so you'll need to find another solution for incoming video if that is your plan.
