How do you zip a report?

I know this is old but...
If you are using windows xp;
simply right click on the file, choose "send to" then choose "compressed folder"
that is XP's builtin "zip" program.
the resultant zip file can be opened by any "zip" program like winzip , etc.

I have Windows Vista and am able to zip without installing any programs like Winzip.
