I just found out that Wordtracker is based on an estimated daily search count. Meaning my 348 niche gets approx. 10440 searches/month. With only about 91,000 results on Google, are those numbers that would prompt action in the market?
Also, how would I go about seeing who has optimized for those keywords?
The informational site is quite an in-depth venture and is going to require a lot of coding as well as time and research. However, when it is launched, I feel it is going to be extremely successful.
