from the research I just did, it seems to be just another MLM that most people will lose money on.
this one seems to be more vauge than most and ask for money up front before they even tell you what the product is.
it also appears that the $50 up front cost is not the only money it will cost you.
it also seems that there will be a $300 a month charge to use the websites and that once google gets caught up with them, those websites will probably lose whatever positions they may have.
my opinion...
stay away.

I can not share any personal insight on this particular mlm opportunity myself but having researched MLM in general, this seems to be a "get rich quick scheme" in the best interest of the opportunity providers. Not that the approach is new - just that it allows for less forethought from the prospective MLMers point of view -- due to the lower intital entrance cost.
