Only 2 meta tags that are worth a bean these days are your title and description
All the rest dont make a bit of difference
Make sure your prime keyword is in the title, and then get as many as
you can in the description with out ruining the message.
then make sure the keywords in your title and description are dense
enough in your ad copy.
(if widget is your key word make sure widget appears at least 7 or 8
times in the main body of the page)
Dont submit your site to google, it gets a higher mark if google finds it
through spidering other sites (thats why links are so important)
Make sure any links to off site pages contain your keywords as well, google
uses these links to check your relevancy, if you use graphics as the link
out (such as buttons) make sure you use an alt tag with a description
using your keywords
