I can just imagine! I've heard that motherhood is a juggling act, but throw in a home business and you've got a 3 ring circus.

I need to add my shoulders and neck hurting from being on the computer too much. And I had some weight gain but have recently lost it all I have been exercising like Lynn and taking more breaks for me, which was unheard of not so long ago.

The trips to the bookstore can be costly when I am too impatient for Amazon, but they save my sanity so I call it even

I find that when I am working at home, the closer i can keep to regular office hours, the better. This means having personal time in the morning to read the paper, going for a walk and having a shower. Even though i am not expecting anyone to show up my home business some days, dressing in casual business attire also helps me to feel more like my home office is a place of business and when i finish, i change into something more relaxing.

To combat the working alone feeling from working at a home business, i go out for lunch with friends at least 3 times a week and have a brief walk at lunchtime too.

I put enough breaks into my day to get away from the computer. The dog needs to be walked and the baby wants to be entertained, too. I found investing money into a high quality chair, ergonomic keyboard and mouse very useful.
