What are you drinking?

We've all go to stay hydrated right?

Usually I'll have a Dr.Pepper during the day. I know it's not exactly the healthiest hydration, but it's yummy.

Oh my Loretta, Dr. Pepper is bad ROFL I haven't had a soda since May 2005.

My drink of choice is water but sometimes I like to have Cranberry juice on ice or tea.

I'm guilty of the Dr. Pepper offense, too. One each morning in place of a cup of coffee. Water the rest of the day, though on occassion I'll have a cup of tea.

At the moment - iced tea (lightly sweetened). :) Switching to plain water soon.

Coffee, carbonated flavored waters and sometimes a diet Coke here or there. I'm a caffeine junkie - I fully admit it.

Trying to drink more water...I'm not a fan of water however, but am drinking more of it. I do enjoy a 7-Up or sprite once in awhile. I love orange juice first thing in the morning. :)

Crystal Light Pink lemonade

I'm a caffeine junkie too but my goal for March is to not have any sugar or caffeine until at least lunch time. So far it's going pretty good and I've found that I'm much more productive in the mornings. No more 10am crashes.

One drink that i have found to get me away from coffee is a tea, Yerba Mate, it has just as much "energizing" qualities as coffee but its a source rich in antioxidants and other goodies.

It can be a little expensive at times and has a different taste that takes some getting used too but i drink mine with a little milk and honey sometimes lemon.

best of all you dont get the crash you get from caffeine. here is some info:

my favorite brand: (non affiliate link)

Call me bland, but I pretty much just drink water or, in the morning, orange juice. I decided back in the '80s that soft drinks, tea, etc. where nutritionally useless wastes of money, so I gave them up. I never started drinking coffee. You can save yourself a lot of money, mood swings and, probably, health issues if you decide early in life to avoid using substances that people get chemically addicted to.
