Well i never heard about this software and i don't have any experience with it so can't suggest you anything but make it sure that it will work for you before buying it

Thanks to all the people in this thread who have given so many ideas.
I use the concept of the Success Six - the story of Ivy Lee I picked up from Mike Litman.
I usually jot the six items on a white board - in the form of a mind map.
Works well - but of course there's no calendar function!
I've downloaded the rainlander app - I'll give that a go.
I have used Mozilla Sunbird - it is my favourite price ( free) but I found it a tad clumsy to use.
