I am checking my emails sometimes in day time or at night before going to bed

In home office we get so much of disturbance and the work would be done so late.As my opinion the work near home is not good.

I checked my emails many times a day and if I know an important email is coming I'll check my inbox for often eg emails of payment from the sites I join.
