Alarm clock application?

Postby webrunner » Sun May 04, 2008 6:12 pm

Hi all!

Does anyone use an alarm clock computer application they can recommend? I seem to get lost in my little computer world and lose track of time.

Of course I could just use a real alarm clock, but what fun would that be?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jerry,

I like Atomic Alarm Clock, it allows you to set alarms to take frequent breaks or to remind you to start working. I find it pretty handy. Every night, it reminds me to get off my chair and get on my treadmill.

Here's the link,

Try it out and see if it meets your needs.

You may also want to look into cool timer

I use an egg timer :D

Old fashioned maybe, but it has lots of uses - online or offline!

I have been using Atomic clock and I love it. Even without the alarm, the clock is so much better than the windows one.

It has a lot of choices for skins, and it displays the day and date which I really like a lot.

You're welcome for the links.

I also use my cell phone for alarms (both morning and important day time events). I have 4 alarms setup for every morning. (It's hard to wake me up!)

Best,
Rigdha
