If it is not too late to chime in here, you can use Ventrilo, or any of the instant message services such as AOL Instant Messanger or Microsoft Live Messenger, all of which allow you to have voice chats and record them using built in Windows software. I would recommend Ventrilo as it seems to have the best quality.

For anyone still looking for a solution to this... lets you record conference calls to MP3 files. The service allows you to record any phone call using 3-way dialing. Once you have your audio you can "Publish to Podcast".

Blog Talk Radio is quite expensive if you have your own show. You can also use audio acrobat but if you are on a budget it is a bit pricey as well, so I would recommend Skype as well.

imho skype with SKypeCallRecorder( the simplies way with good result.
