To address the post above, Miriam - Work the hours that are best for you. There is no such thing as normal! I find my most productive hours are early morning - often before sunrise even - when the world is "quiet" and I can focus. Other people prefer to be night owls, or weekenders. The key is to work when its best for you, and during the hours you are most productive. Going against the grain, so to speak, makes it incredibly difficult.
Outsourcing is always a good solution. LOVING what you do makes a huge difference too - so if you arent truly enjoying your business, look at alternate solutions.
