I'm sure you realize that Mozy doesn't normally do what is called "cloning" or put another way a complete mirrored backup of the disk. If there is a meltdown, crash or how ever you care to describe it you still have to a OS install. Granted the data that is uploaded by Mozy is off-site and safe from many dangers. But a complete meltdown would probably negate using the Internet, so it's back to doing a OS install to get Internet Access.
