What is the Best Long Distance Phone Service?

Hi,

I am considering changing my long distance phone service, I am on the fence about "internet services" phones, what I'm looking for is best price, clarity and a #800 number as well.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, untill next time....

I have been using MCI neighborhood for some time now and am quite happy with it because there is unlimited long distance as well as local. I have the package that includes voicemail, 3-way calling, call waiting, etc. I do not have an 800# with them but am also interested in finding one now for a good price.

I considered internet phone but if the internet goes down for any reason you are in a pickle, no phone at all!

also, if your internet is DSL, then you have to have a phone line for that anyway. Therefore, you will be paying for two phones if you get one of the online phone systems.

I don't know if you have Time Warner Cable in your area but I pay $29.95 for phone service and it includes free long distance nationwide. I've been very happy with the service.
