What stresses you most and what do you do about it?

Probably the technical stuff. It is not my strength. My husband normally does that part for me, so I have to wait til he comes home from work.
It can be frustrating.

I think what stresses me most is making the monthly bills. I left my profession of 27 years two years ago to tend to my "other" businesses. My partner has gone from full time to part time in his profession. Between our affiliate marketing (www.TwoPercentClub.com) and our "physical" business (www.MoonShadowsfarm.com), we are at the point of "no return". Either we take that "leap of faith" or "chicken out" and go back to Mon-Fri 9 to 5's. We are taking that leap of faith because we know we can achieve a full time living from our private business ventures....but, we are not "there" just yet....so I still stress!

what stresses me out is being disciplined enough to say no to things that come up during the work-day. If I were working for somone else (unless it is an emergency) these things would not be first priority but it is amazing how many minor emergencies can happen when you are working from home and I have to learn how to prioritize!

Whew! I'm glad I'm not the only one

Working at home is distracting, but my biggest problem is having a plan laid out each day. If I don't do that, then I waste a lot of time thinking about what I'll be doing. Hence I do mor thinking than doing
and before you know it I've just wasted a day.

Also, it is easy to get really absorbed in work, so always take small breaks. It clears your head and helps you keep from getting burned out.

The only thing that ever stresses me out is an internet outage.

Just about everything else that comes up can be conquered with some determination - but let the cable company take a dump when I have something important scheduled and I am definitely going to be pretty stressed out.

I get the most stress from the clients who call several times a day and who e-mails dozens of times a day (all a high priority). I tell new clients not to do this but some do and I need to be more strict about firing those clients!
