Maintaining GOOD records

Here's my tip de jour..

Always keep GOOD records of all the companies that would be sending you anything... whether it be a check or a newsletter.

I am in the process of moving to another city and I have having to go through all the affiliate programs that I promote and update my address. This would be a nightmare if I didn't have a record of all the programs.

I learned this the hard way! I moved to a new house last month (same city) but totally forgot to change my address for atleast half of them. Was busy answering phone calls and trying to explain my situation.
