Honestly, the best thing for affiliate site promotions is to gain good quality inbound links. Period. You can do this by submitting articles to established websites that reach your target market, and by exchanging links with related websites.

There are programs and shortcuts, sure, but nothing beats a real quality exchange where the link benefits the visitors at least as much as it does both webmasters.
