Own an affiliate program directory

For those that own affiliate program directories, do you signup
for the two tier programs of submissions you get?

I seem to get quite a bit of submissions daily and haven't been
able to even get start signing up under these programs.

If you have, is it worth the time of signing up under the programs?

I plan to join the programs, I just havent had any time to join them all. I have joined a few. I still want to add all the programs I have alread joined too.

Just wanted to get some feedback on results from others that own this type of website.
