I came across your post in Lynn's latest newsletter and saw you had no replies. I'm not sure what you consider a 'mini' site but here are a few sites for you to look at.
This is a niche (mini) site I put up a short time ago.
This is a site I found a couple of days ago that I think is very clean and impressive.
This is a single page I use to recruit prospects for my favorite MLM. It was quick and easy to set up.
These URLs open in a new window so you do not leave the forum.

So far I have a story of 6-page site that is constantly doing $400 per month on auto-pilot.
And also another website that did 106 subscribers and $249.94 in commission with $0 advertising cost. It's just a 1-page subscription site. All promoting is in the autoresponder.
And another guy, rewrite the salescopy to a product he has resale rights to and make over $481.69 net profit all in less than a month.
And another guy, put up a 4-part subscription page and flash voice and PPC campaign. He had 0.5% conversion rate -- but still made $625 in commission promoting a home-study course.
Sorry that I can't revealed those yet - can you wait till April?
