Alternative to Affiliate Commission Booster

Hello,

I've been using Affiliate Commission Booster for awhile now to redirect my affiliate link to a different page than what's offered by the advertiser.

This has worked okay. However I think that I'm loosing some sales because there is a delay of several seconds from the time the person clicks on the link, to when the landing page comes up. (I think some people click the back button or otherwise give up.)

Am I not using ACB correctly, or is this the way it always works? Are there any alternative programs or scripts that I could use instead of ACB?
