At least two big online companies are taking on this new sneaky NY law with a lawsuit.
Amazon.com and OverStock.com are both suing the state.
IF Amazon can't get this overturned then this will flood over to all the other states.
Hopefully other online retailers with affiliates will also step up to the plate and challenge this law. This unfotunately will take quite awhile to settle. So no early relief for NY affiliates.
