I think this one might just stump the panel here.
Can I better promote an entirely re-engineered consumer/business owner profit-sharing module?
Our company, Link2befree, has completely reworked the merchant affiliation program so that not only do we help the merchants by delivering traffic to them, but we also pay the consumer who goes there, cash back for what they're already buying. Not a voucher or merchandise credit...it's a real check...made out to the consumer...to spend any way they choose.
It works like this...there are literally billions of marketing dollars set aside for advertising and directing traffic. We take the exact same merchant affiliation agreements that are made with companies like AOL, MSN, Yahoo, etc., and we share those marketing dollars with the consumer. We give 1/2 to the customer and 1/2 to our business owners. Problem is...no one believes what we're doing is totally free for them. We'd rather have consumers use our free program and get back the reward they're entitled to, instead of seeing it go into AOL's (and all the others) pockets! And it's not just pocket change either...last year AOL did over $60 BILLION in internet shopping alone! Every single purchase made through their doorway generated a merchant kickback. Imagine what kind of money they gathered by getting anywhere from 2 - 20% on $60 BILLION!! And not one penny went back to their customers!!
So...HOW can I better promote this program to the public without them thinking "there's gotta be a catch."? Truthfully, there isn't a catch...not any...none whatsoever. I've gone to larger businesses like car dealerships and such, and they love it! They're using it as a customer appreciation program. It can also be used as a customer acquisition program. So why is it so hard to get beyond the barrier of an individual mind?
Thanks in advance for your ideas and suggestions.
