Online Joint Venture Tool

Hello,
I am a long time lurker of this forum and I've finally decided to jump out of my shell and actually post something!

I am currently working on an online tool to help with joint ventures. Basically a place where people can :
- view or create ads to look for partners.
- create business relationships with each other.
- Post feedback/comments on members.
- a way to allow both parties participating in a JV to see the revenue generated from the JV.

If anyone has any suggestions on features I can add I would love to hear them!

I've been slacking with getting involved with some JVs so I finally got my butt over to Mike's site and it's probably gonna end up being one of the premier JV sites around.

If you're TRULY serious about "quality" JVs, this is definitely one site to keep track of.
