First of all, let me point out that this is a private JV offering and I will not be posting this message in very many places.

So here's the story... My name is Jason Cooper, I've been involved with Internet Marketing since about 2001 but that big success has eluded me so far.

At the moment, I'm a "broke" college student living in California. I have a 2 year old son named Zach who lives with his Mom in Arizona. Basically, I need to raise enough money to be able to move close to Zach and be a fulltime Dad to him. So I've decided to create an Internet Marketing Miracle!
