This is the highest quality article submitter available in my opinion.

A few things:
Its not as easy as it sounds:
1] You need to sign up with every article directory, you cant just submit automatically.
2] Many of the Article directories dont even work
3] Many of the article directories rank very poor on Alexa.
4] The main problem - duplicate content! The search engines dont like that. You cant submit the same article over and over again.

did you bother to go read the info about this software?
besides the fact that this post is almost a year old. the software in question is not one of the ones that just blindly submits. you have to interact with it a bit.
duplicate content is not the problem that some people would have you believe.
alexa ranking really don't mean much anymore.
