The Top 50 Business Plan Posts Of The Year - By The Way, Do You Have One For Your Company?

Hi Everyone, I was just taking it easy this morning, browsing some forums, blogs, sites, etc. I came across a gem for business people (ie. "us") looking for information on how to form business plans for their company.

Once you set your business goals, why, you must make up plans to achieve them, right? You would be surprised how many people just skip over this step. (Are you one of them? I have been guilty of this myself. GRINS.)

Yesterday I have again seen the error of my ways after I started reading a post on Joseph Ratliff's, The Profitable Business Edge 2 Blog. See Joe for more information)

Thanks Al for getting the cogs spinning in my head!
I have a business plan for a business which I just started. But the other, which I have done for 3 years had no business plan.
The reason-I never heard of one or had someone emphasize its importance.
This is the 2nd time in recent history Business Planning is staring me in the face. I thank you so much for the great posts here.
A business plan is the compass for your business, right?
