How do we find success?

I am interested in the opinions of many. How do you find success?
What is it to you? And how long does it take? Any reply is welcomed and appreciated.

I would define success when I can earn enough money so my husband can quit his factory job and do something less stressful and with not having to work fulltime. My husband is sick with crohn's and most days are a struggle for him to just get up out of bed. So I need to make enough money to replace his income and mine.

Definition of Success

According to Dictionary.com:
1. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors.
2. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.
3. a successful performance or achievement

When you set a goal, and you achieve that goal, you achieve success. If you never set goals, you can never be successful... how would you know when you reached success without deliberate action towards specific goals?
