I'm not sure how much help I can be on this particular project...

When you say "Know-how", I'm thinking "knowledge". Something to keep in mind is that knowledge is just knowing how to accomplish/achieve something. Wisdom is the application of knowledge.

I doubt that is very helpful for you, but perhaps it will give you something to go on.

Thanks for your help Lynn! Unfortunately, I still need to go a little bit more in depth. Do you know of any books, reports, journals, etc about the difference between knowledge and wisdom? Or knowledge and charisma?

Off the top of my head, I cant think of any recommendations for you. The closest thing I can think of would be any work by Napoleon Hill, though he doesnt specifically touch on the difference between "knowing how to do it" and "being the type of person to get it done"...

It's an interesting topic, though. Obviously 'charisma' could take a person much further in life than 'knowledge' though the winning combination would be wisdom+charisma...

I completely agree in terms of Charisma and Know-How as a winning combination. I think any good leader needs this nowadays. Anyway, I'll have a look for Napoleon Hill's work.
